Selected work

What we shipped,
and what it
was for.

Described as artefacts and problems rather than percentages. Where we do not have measured results we can stand behind, we do not print a number.

Case studies

Six engagements,
in detail.

Each entry lists what was actually delivered. Where a claim would need a measurement we do not have, it is not here.

Case 01

Intimates & body tape

DTC brand · Shopify + Klaviyo

  • Shopify
  • Klaviyo
  • Size tooling
  • Mobile

A catalogue where almost every product sizes differently. Bras run by band and cup. Tape runs by length. Kits contain several items at once, so the correct size depends on whichever garment inside the kit dictates the fit. Shoppers were left to guess, and guessing on a fitted product produces returns.

The fit data existed — it just lived in spreadsheets that had been revised several times, with split sizes and ambiguous cells that had never been reconciled.

  • An interactive size finder driven by the brand's own charts, rebuilt each time the merchandising team revised them
  • Kit sizing solved by mapping every kit to the product that dictates its size, so a nine-kit gap in the charts stopped being a blocker
  • Ambiguous and split sizes reconciled across every chart tab before anything shipped
  • Homepage and product page rebuild — buy box, gallery, colour naming, mobile layout and spacing
  • Category navigation tiles specified at the correct aspect ratio and integrated
  • Klaviyo welcome flow rebuilt after we found the desktop path asking for an email and then asking again for a phone number that routed to the same place
  • A written Klaviyo fix-it guide so their team can maintain the flows without us
  • Reporting corrected so wholesale and marketplace orders syncing into Shopify stopped inflating the online sales figure the team reported on

Everything was built on a private preview theme, tested by the client before launch, and delivered with a walkthrough video.

Case 02

Spirits

New brand · Shopify launch

  • Shopify
  • Launch
  • Compliance
  • Payments

Launching a spirits brand on Shopify means solving a problem most stores never face: you cannot simply put the product in a box and ship it. Licensed fulfilment, age gating, payment processing and analytics all have to be correct before the first order, not after it.

  • Storefront build, launched onto the live domain from a temporary one
  • Licensed alcohol fulfilment integrated through a third-party compliance partner
  • Payment processing configured and moved from sandbox to production
  • Analytics and marketing pixels installed, allow-listed against the live domain, and verified firing end to end
  • Multi-bottle bundles configured with correct packed weights so shipping quoted accurately
  • Transactional email moved onto an authenticated brand sending domain
  • An external black-box audit of the public storefront covering security and performance
  • Split tests set up on hero imagery across the homepage, about and merchandise pages rather than assuming a winner
Case 03

Framed photography & wall art

Premium catalogue · retainer

  • Shopify
  • Klaviyo
  • Retainer

A premium catalogue where the product is the image, so presentation has to hold up at every breakpoint and the storefront has to get out of the way.

  • Continuous Shopify theme engineering under a monthly agreement
  • Local and remote version history kept for every theme revision, so previous states can be recovered on request
  • A full Klaviyo account audit covering flows, forms and segmentation
  • Mobile header and layout fixes worked through at real device widths
Case 04

Organics

Site & landing page build

  • Landing pages
  • Site build
  • Hosting

A main site and a conversion-focused landing page developed alongside the client’s own marketing lead, with product content folded in as it was supplied.

  • Main website and landing page build, iterated directly with the client's marketing lead
  • Deployment and hosting configuration
  • Product content integrated as merchandising decisions were made
Case 05

Multi-brand apparel group

Parent site + brand storefronts

  • Multi-brand
  • Shopify
  • Phased

A group with several brands under one roof, each needing its own storefront alongside a parent site — sequenced so that brand and identity work upstream did not block engineering downstream.

  • Individual brand storefronts plus the parent group website, planned as phases
  • Structured intake so goals were captured in writing before build started
  • Coordination across the client's design, finance and overseas production teams
Case 06

Platform & internal tooling

Studio engineering

  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node
  • AWS

Alongside client storefronts we build and run our own software, which is how we keep the audit process consistent and the reporting honest.

  • A client and project platform — boards, time tracking, documentation, client intake and notifications — built as a React single-page app on serverless AWS with infrastructure defined as code
  • Automated storefront capture and analysis tooling that produces the annotated 511 audit decks
  • Retrieval-backed assistants over documentation and catalogue data
  • Role-based access control so client organisations only ever see their own data

On numbers

Why there are
no percentages
on this page.

Every agency site you have read this week claims an average conversion lift. Almost none of them can show you the test that produced it, the traffic it ran on, or whether anything else changed that quarter.

We would rather tell you exactly what we built and let you judge whether it sounds like work that pays for itself. Where we run a change worth measuring, we set up a split test and report what it actually did — including when it does nothing.

If you want references, ask. We will connect you with clients who can tell you what it is like to work with us, which is worth more than a number we chose ourselves.
