The 511 audit

Send a URL.
Get every
leak, marked.

We capture your storefront on desktop and mobile, test it against all 511 rules in our framework, and send back an annotated report with each finding circled on your own page and ranked by severity.

Request your audit

Two required
fields. Rest is optional.

Your homepage is enough — we find the rest.
Your .myshopify.com address, if you know it.

A person replies, usually within one business day. Your URL and email are used to produce and send the audit — nothing else, no list, no sequence.

What arrives

A document your
developer can act on.

Not a scorecard with a number on it. Every finding names the rule, shows the place on your page where it fails, and says what to do instead.

  1. 01

    Annotated captures

    Desktop & mobile

Real screenshots of your storefront with each finding circled and numbered on the page itself, so nobody has to guess which element is being discussed. Mobile is captured separately, because most of your traffic is there and most stores break differently on it.

  2. 02

    Severity ranking

    Critical to low

Findings are graded so you can tell the difference between a broken buy box and a missing label. You fix in order of what costs you money, not in order of what we happened to notice first.

    Critical High Medium Pass

  3. 03

    The rule behind it

    Cited, not asserted

Each finding cites the rule it comes from and the behaviour that rule is built on — anchoring, loss aversion, processing fluency, social proof. You are told why a change should work, not just that we would prefer it that way.

  4. 04

    A prioritised fix list

    Effort vs impact

The last page is the one most people go to first: everything found, ordered, with a note on whether it is a ten-minute theme edit or a genuine piece of work. Take it to any developer you like. It is yours.

Sample findings

What a finding
looks like.

Three examples, in the format you will receive them. Rule IDs are the framework’s own.

CriticalUCF-254

No sticky add-to-cart on mobile product pages

Observed: On a 390 px viewport the add-to-cart control scrolls out of view after the first gallery image and never returns. A shopper reading your description has no way to buy without scrolling back up.

Fix: Add a sticky bar that appears once the buy box leaves the viewport, carrying price, selected variant and the add-to-cart button. Minimum 44 px tap target.

HighUCF-240

Review count is not adjacent to price

Observed: Star rating and review count sit below the fold, roughly 900 px beneath the price. The moment a shopper evaluates cost is the moment they most need the reassurance, and it is not there.

Fix: Move the rating and total review count directly beneath the price, above the variant selector. Link it to the reviews section rather than duplicating the content.

MediumUCF-252

Size guide is buried in an accordion

Observed: Sizing lives in a collapsed tab three sections below the size selector. On a fitted garment this is the single highest-anxiety decision on the page, and resolving it currently requires leaving the buy box.

Fix: Put a “Find my size” trigger inline with the size selector, opening a dialog over the page so the shopper never loses their place.

Findings shown are illustrative of the format and severity language. Yours will be drawn from your own storefront.

The framework

All 511 rules,
where they live.

The framework spans verticals, so not every category applies to every store. On a Shopify catalogue the weight falls on the first six rows — but we run the whole thing and tell you which sections we scored as not applicable.

Scope

What this audit
cannot tell you.

The 511 audit is a black-box review. It is run only against surfaces a customer can already reach, which is why it needs no credentials and carries no risk to your store.

That also means it cannot assess account-level access, app configuration, theme code you have not published, server settings, or anything sitting behind a login. We state that limitation in the report itself rather than letting a clean-looking score imply coverage we never had.

If you want the inside view as well — Shopify settings, installed apps, theme source, Klaviyo flows and segments, deliverability — tick the collaborator access box on the form. We will request access through Shopify, you approve it in your own admin, and the report covers both layers. We never ask for a password, and you can revoke access whenever you like.

No catch

Still just
a URL.

We do this because it is the most honest pitch we have. You see how we think, what we notice, and what our work looks like — before anyone talks about money.
